Accommodation
Main Villa : Five spacious rooms including 3 bedrooms and two wide bathrooms) furnished in style for those who desire a classy stay in an exclusive dwelling, charaterized by relax and comfort. with annexed Lemon House (used as a lounge room with TV) and swimming pool. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 people plus 3 extra beds can be fitted (in total 9 people).

The Villa has also on its estate a Country Guesthouse:
In a classic country style of Tuscany, "The Country Guesthouse " is surrounded by a large green area ideal for open air evenings, spent under the shade of limes, in front of the oven, with a glass of red wine. At your disposal, swimming pool and wooden patio for the sunny days when the sun hugs the hills. The winery, a few steps from the farm, will offer you wine and extra virgin oil tasting.

The Country Guesthouse has three apartments :

Apartment #1: Has 4 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large living room with fireplace Can accommodate 8 people + 2 extra beds can be fitted (in total 10 people)

Apartment #2: Once an old stable for horses, now renovated restoring the old brick mangers – can accommodate 2 people plus 2 extra beds can be fitted ( in total 4 people)

Apartment #3: This apartment was an old storage place for hay and wine now finely renovated maintaining the brick vaults and the beams for the wine barrels. It has 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 people (adding 2 single beds) . Opposite the entrance there is a small private area surrounded by a myrtle hedge, reserved for the dole purpose of outdoor relaxation.

Situated in in the heart of “Alta Valdera” in Tuscany near Pisa overlooking Volterra and the sea. There are 198 hectares of woods, cultivated fields and above all vineyards and olive groves. The road that leads to the Villa offers a wonderful panorama, it winds uphill full of vineyards and olive trees, guarded by an age-old oak, nominated among the monumental old trees of Italy, until the top of the hill, where it enters a wood of ilexes and in the very center there are the historical wine cellars, the villa with the Lemon house, private chapel and the park with the swimming pool. The estate of the Villa produces wine and olive oil and tastings can be organized as well as visits at the vineyards and cellars.
